Well, the only way I got around it, was to let the user typr in the Skill because it more flexible to let the user enter what skill the trainer is able to do, rather than select from a list, there being more skills later.
I haven't figured out and AND/OR search for a Town AND/OR skill.

I have a workbook for each customer and a worksheet for each invoice for that customer.
Is there a way I can increment each work sheet. For example: Sheet 1 would be Invoice # 2004/321 - Sheet 2 would be Invoice #2004/322 and so on?

I have just updated to SP3 in MS Office 2000 and have no end of problems, the two main ones being Command Buttons, I can't get the wizard, and an error message when opening a Form .... 'Error Accessing File ...........'
Both problems seem to stem around Vbe6.dll.
