    Extra 6.5 registry error

    I have installed Extra for Win NT with Rally 6.5 SP. When running thin client in a citrix environment the user gets the follwing error: 'Failed to update the system registry'. It works fine on one of our other servers. Have I missed something? Any help would be appreciated.
