    Installing Acrobat Exchange also installs a PDF printer driver. This allows MS Project to print to a PDF file. Yes you need MS Project on your PC.

    You can, with Acrobat Exchange, using the "Graphic Select Tool" select part or all of a page & copy to the clipboard. This can then be pasted into Word, or elsewhere, as a graphic object & resized to suit. This works ok for including PDF reports, etc. but is obviously not editable. NB...
