    Authentication carrying to Subreport?

    Response to Turkbear: "IIRC, the docs seem to say that if the same connection info is used for the subs, it should not prompt..But I cannot remember for that version..." Some patches got this issue fixd. I think it is CR 8.5. And so does CE 8.5. Shouldn't be prompted for database...

    linney has brought up a good point...I found that on my event log.. but how to know what those numbers means and the minidump files are unreadable... Any hint?

    I think the monthly hot fixes are quite safe to use as I heard they've been through more testing. Also, sometimes old patches may have issues that would be fixed by new patches...ensure you have the latest patch in the system if you want to patch your system. Otherwise, don't just install fixes...

    Crystal Enterprise -- Export to Excel Problems

    Did you try to publish a report created in Crystal Report 9 onto Crystal Enterprise 8.5 (or lower)? As far as I know, I don't think CE8.5 will work with reports from Crystal Report 9 too well.
