Motherboard won't power up
Okay, lots of good advice, but did you check to see if you've bent any of the pins in the power socket on the MB. I have done this once, couldn't get power to the MB. Also test for power from PS. Do you have access to a test bench?- wchitchhiker

Okay, You have seriously bad juju in there somewhere. Let's do easy stuff first. Electronics 101, check for loose cards and any corrosion, yes include cpu in its socket. Hello, NIC's are notorious for failing. One of the main problems is ESD during installation. The CMOS chips are so static senitive that you MUST GROUND YOURSELF before installing.
