Distributed means I used the Distribution expert to get a distributed report rather than use the Compile to get an EXE report. The Compile never has worked here.

In my experience when this was happening to me I was having too many links. The fewer links the better for my applications. Also make sure that the links are true links not just the ones that Crystal gave you, some of those aren't real links.
