Nortel replcaed the unit as an out of box failure and it fixed the problem.
The best way to do what you want is with a call accounting software. Convertec has a product called Visual Call manager. http://www.convertecinc.com/. It is fairly inexpensive for what it does by our standards.
Is it possible to use port forwarding on my cisco router to connect IP phones to the system instead of setting up a permanent VPN connection?
