    Yes Most current and fully patched. Already looked into that and made sure it was North American. Nortel replcaed the unit as an out of box failure and it fixed the problem.

    The best way to do what you want is with a call accounting software. Convertec has a product called Visual Call manager. http://www.convertecinc.com/. It is fairly inexpensive for what it does by our standards.
