Setting up Solaris 8 QLC drivers
Hi, Anyone out there have ANY knowledge on setting up the QLC driver in Solaris. I have a special need to read varible block length tapes from a Storagetek 9940B drive, but the read rate through a X6767A FCI is only 300kB/s. It is around 25MB/s when doing a TAR. Storagetek 9940B drives and Sun 2G FCI with QLC driver problems
I have a problem where I can write data out to a 9940B using the Sun 2GB X6767A FCI at about 30MBytes/sec but can only read back at around 300kByte/sec.
