Hello,
I'm just curious about the E-6000G-SUM1. Is it possible to program each of the digital/TDM ports to a different manufacture/standard? As an example:
Port 1 be programmed for an Avaya 6424
Port 2 for an Nortel Norstar T7316e
Port 3 as an Panasonic DBS VB-44225
or do all of the ports...
I haven't logged into a BCM (anything) in a very long time. The BCM does offer SMDR data flow in real-time. I would think you should be able to have your legal CMS (Case Management System) import that data (again, in real-time) and look at the number of minutes and seconds and then bill it to...
Your contact center is Mitel Contact Center Manager (CCM) which, unless you are using the IVR ports or softphones for agents, doesn't really have much to do with call quality. If you are having Quality of Service (QoS) issues, it's probably either the trunking if it involves external calls or...
So, once the phone has booted up and comes into service, at a random time the phone will up and reboot? Do I have that correct?
If that is correct, has anyone ever noticed what was on the display before it rebooted?
Have we tried moving the phone to a different LAN/switch port?
So to be clear, the phone boots up and is useable for at least a few minutes and calls can be made and received. It’s at a random point then that the phone reboots? Let’s forget about the firmware update for a second. Does the phone at least come into service where the phone shows the date...
Hello,
I don't install the UCx, but I've heard really good things. Just an odd question, but given the UCx was designed to replace Norstar and BCM system - can you not just program Line keys on individual buttons (i.e., Line 1, Line 2, Line 3 and Line 4)? Then the user could just select Line...
Sorry - this is a bit confusing. Does the 6930 boot up and come into service? Trying to figure-out when it's rebooting? Rebooting during power-up in a constant cycle or is it that the 6930 is coming into service and reboots randomly?
What's the basic config of the paging system? How many speakers/horns are we talking about? How big is the system? Just curious what we are dealing with.
Season greetings everyone!
It's been a LONG time since I posted here, but I thought I would come say "hello"... Hello! I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season.
In terms of (almost) any set older than the 5300 series, Mitel did issue a bulletin on the knowledgebase. In that bulletin...
The SX-200 ICP MD announcement goes back WELL over a year ago. What Mitel enforced a year ago was the "End of New Sales as of July 31, 2021." That quote comes from the updated MD announcement. This means Mitel stopped permitting new system sales as of July 31, 2021. The SX-200 ICP MD...
Hi @jesus.resilux,
Hope you are doing well! Thanks for you responses. Sorry for the delay in responding - it's been a super busy week.
I think we are getting to the bottom of this. I agree with what has been said/suggested since your last response. I especially agree with @Valamagules - if...
Okay - we almost to the point where we can solve this. Can you please provide me clarification on this step - something is not adding up...
"4) The user has to release manually the button (the one which is pressed by the hand set) from inside to outside and from this momment on the call is...
I've read this entire thread over and over and I'm failing to see the problem - although I understand you have a problem. I can assure you there is no issues with the 5300 series sets, even though they will be MD'd in the coming months.
Can you perhaps list out steps, as the user takes them...
Can you just confirm the HANDSET is plugged into the HANDSET port and not the HEADSET port? This will often do this in this exact situation. The handset has to be plugged into the handset port and not the headset port.
Thanks Kizo! I appreciate your help.
Just to confirm - you think I can program the SIP trunks just like analog CO trunks? The biggest thing here is the ability to see the SIP trunks on all of the phones and to be able to put the SIP trunks on hold and flash on the other phones so that they...
Hello,
I hope this message finds everyone well/safe during the pandemic!
I'm trying to duplicate exactly what was done with a TDE 200 system with analog trunks. They have 4x analog trunks today (with CallerID/ANI) and they each map to individual keys. Calls come in, the trunk port/key rings...
