I want to convert access 97 mdb files to access 2000 files
Try copying the SQL for the Tables, Queries etc. from Access 97 to Access 2000. Open each Object and view it in the SQL language, copy it and then create a new object in 2000, tables etc. and paste it as the SQL language, you should then be able to open your tables etc. in Access 2000 You should...- PJ

Problem looping through a recordset
One more problem - sorry ! Using MS Visual Basic 6.0, the application I'm working on accesses a 21 Mb .mdb, with @250,000 records, file on a file server across a network.
