    Problem in booting system-Please Help

    Did you try rebooting in safe mode? Press F5 after the BIOS Post completes on startup. That should get you in to repair the problem.

    If you have a NIC card in this pc and dont need it, remove it from the system and the device manager and give that a try. (In the Network Neighborhood properties you can remove all the network settings ie NetBeui, tcp/ip, client for ms networks) Hope this helps.
