    Oops very sorry Emma. Just read your post back and saw "I have made sure that the sending machine sends only in plain text format - any other ideas?" Me slopes off embarrassed :)

    It's to do with the send as option. Set to send as plain text or HTML not as the middle option Rich Text It's definately that as I saw it many time's at my old company. HTML or Plain text should both work fine. Regards
