    Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

    As far as I know, you can only uninstall SP4 if during the install you selected the option to archive old files. If there is a way to go back to SP3 if you didn't archive the files, I'd really like to know about it. Anybody???

    2000 pro reboots automatically after SP 4 install

    The reboots start after the sp 4 install. The machine will just restart without warning. Sometimes it will reboot right at login, sometimes it will be up for a few hours before rebooting.

    On any machine that was upgraded from NT 4.0 to 2000 pro, when we install SP 4, the machine starts to periodically reboot on it's own. Has anyone else noticed this? Any ideas on how to fix?

    gray out options in Outlook 2000

    Is there any way to gray out certain options on the outlook tools menu? I would like to set up a rule in the rules wizard for a user, then make it so that the user cannot change or turn off the rule. Is there any way (registry setting maybe?) that I can do this?
