    crimping cables??

    Could anyone tell me why we use 568A or 568B standard for crimping. when our network works with using any our own standard. are these 568a or 568b standards..inprove the network performance by any chance. ... pls help me ... i have to reply this to my boss..... regards, ranjeet sharma
