I don't think you can install NT from scratch with sp6 in it I ran into same problem with installing BDC, finally I found an older PC with ISA port (the black long slot), the BDC install seens like computer with ISA slot, even if I ave nothing plugged in the ISA, my netgear FA311 works great...
