We have some users in our office that are saying that when they send calls to a any queue, it just rings and rings, but the phones at these group stations are not ringing or showing any sign of a call coming in. MICS 4.1 w/ NAM voicemail and Sinphony I- NorstarNewby

Ghost calls in queue
A lot of the users in our office are complaining, in various different ways, that basically, the phones are showing that there are calls in queue, but there is nothing coming in and everyone is logged in ready to take calls.
