Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
I have removed the fwd on busy option from the reception extension, and am now getting busy tone instead of voicemail. The second line is still not ringing, though...DND on busy is set to No. Priority Call is set to No - if I change this...

I have a Norstar M7310 with 2 intercom keys programmed to show the reception extension number. When the receptionist answers a call on one key, I want the next incoming call to ring on the second key (and also on the backup phone, which also has an appearance of the main extension DN)...
