Win2K Server lost use of desktop icons and start menu
I am running win2k server. My problem, like yours, is intermittent. Sometimes I can not launch programs and get "Windows Explorer, unable to run this command". and other times I am able to launch programs. My problem started happening (I think) when I setup a Trust Relationship with...- saubrey
