We have the same problem as indicated above, we want to restore a file via Arcserve and when we click the + sign the folders do not expand. We have initialised the database and merged lots of times, but the data does not expand. However the device info indicates over 45GB on the tape?
We are trying to set up email alerting in Arcserve. We have set up an exchange account, and nt login. Tested the account in outlook - ok. But in alert manager the following error appears in the log: -
failed to send test email (-2147219963)
