    CPU temp - Athlon 1400mhz...

    Some systems report hotter than others, especially Asus motherboards. The XP processors actually run cooler than the Athlons. I have an Athlon 1200 overclocked on an Asus A7A board that runs about 120F.

    CPU DDR Ram + AMD XP Issues

    You make no mention of what motherboard and revision of BIOS you have. Some motherboards do not support XP processor at all even with bios upgrades while others do. Please give more to go on if possible.
