    Saving a document in Word causes this error, any ideas?

    A transcriptionist ocassionally saves a word 2000 document and recieves an error stating "The device is in use". She is saving the document to a mapped drive. After accepting the error the document is lost. I have researched the MS KB and came up with nothing relating to this error...

    VNC thru VPN into DMZ

    Create a pool and use a block of the DMZ addresses. Create a vpn group and have it assign an ip address from the pool.
