The user guide has information regarding what is cleared in period end processing. If you don't have the printed manuals, look for the online manuals in start programs accpac readmes they are optional to install when the programs are loaded, but most times consultants load them.- MarcAccpac

I have worked with timecards and importing into US Payroll, but not the Canadian (but I think they would be very similar). What is the error message?
