Hi
I need some help programming an Argent Office. It's basic but I can't seem to make it do what I want.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Otherwise it is closed.
If a call is received when open it should ring a huntgroup and if not answered after say 20 seconds divert to...
I am trying to program a Network Alchemy/Argent Office. I am not very technical so I'm struggling with this.
I have two things I am trying to achieve as follows:
1. Main group rings two extensions between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday. If no answer divert to external call centre. Outside of these...
I'm hoping there's someone on here that's old enough to remember how to do this! I remember it's with Hyperterminal or similar, there are three commands, but I don't recall what they are! I have googled with no success. All help very much appreciated. Thanks
Can anyone help me please with incoming call route and shortcodes to allow me to dial in on a DDI and then be able to dial an outgoing number? I want to be able to use my mobile but present the switch CLI.
Thanks
Hi
Can anyone recommend a product from the Panasonic range that uses CLI to show the name from the directory, not just the number? Don't need an answer machine.
Thanks

Thank you. However, it all worked fine but we had to change the subnet to comply with SBS 2008 and that is what made everything go wrong. I think the only option is to switch the whole network to a class C address scheme.
I'm still having this echo problem and inconsistent ping results to my unit.
The IP address is 172.26.1.110 and subnet 255.255.255.0.
I have edited the IPRoute but each time I reboot it adds another route all by itself. So my IPRoute are:
172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 (correct)
172.16.1.0...
I have Argent Office BRI that needs to be set to factory default. I have done this before but can't remember the AT commands.
I have Hyperterminal settings and correct cable. Is it something like
AT
AT-DEBUG
REBOOT
Thanks in advance.
172.16.1.0 and 255.255.240.0 does not work in a "Network Class B" change the Subnet to 255.255.0.0 on your LAN1IProute needs to be 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0/172.16.X.X (X.X=Gateway)"
Tell Bill Gates as the TCP/IP stack on SBS 2008 is clearly different and does not work properly with a class B subnet!
I have a legacy Avaya Cybergear system using Voicemail running on Windows XP Pro SP3.
I recently had to change the IP address to fit a new scheme on SBS 2008. The address was 172.26.2.2 with subnet 255.255.0.0. The new address is 172.26.1.110 with subnet 255.255.255.0. I challenged the server...
