    Date update query

    I'm trying to create a query where any date that is equal to or older than a year will be changed to reflect the next year. So a date that is 5/23/2003 will become 5/23/2004. Any ideas on how I would do this? thanks for the help.

    Organizational Unit

    I have a question on OU's, I'm practicing with them and I was wondering. When I create an OU in a domain, I create users in these OU's. If I move the user from one OU to another, other than security from that OU, does this affect the ability of the user to logon to the domain?
