Windows cannot unload your registry file.
Your registry has probably outgrown its allocated size. Go into: Settings|Control Panel|System|Advanced Tab - Click on "Change" in Virtual Memory and increase the "Maximum registry size". Run "eventvwr" and right-click on any "error". Click on...- JSF30
