    Spooler Subsystem App dialing out - XP Pro

    If you've spelled the app right in the first place, it lists as spoosrv.exe, not spoolsrv.exe. If it's spoolsrv.exe, it's the spoolserver, but if it's spoosrv.exe, it seems to be something camouflaged as the spoolserver. -KJ

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but Spoosv.exe is not the spooler service in XP? I can't find anything called that on any of my XP boxes. Seems like you've been infected... ;) -KJ

    Upon shown down - End Now dialog - c:\debuglog.log

    I've seen this on both my computers running with an Audigy 2 soundcard. Disabling RCmon in the "startup" tab on msconfig eliminates the problem. I also had problems with apps hanging and not installing properly. This was fixed if I manually killed thr rcman task in taskmanager. -KJ
