Need to purchase a UPS
Keep in mind that if you need over 3000VA you will need 208v/240v in order to power the UPS. The best solution would be to go with 2 UPS's. One for the Xerox Machine (SmartUPS 3000) and another for the other equipment (SmartUPS 1400). You could try Ebay (just make sure that they have new... -
Setting up a UPS 2200 NET on the network
Soam, You will need either a AP9605 (SNMP), AP9606 or AP9617 (Web/SNMP) card. You can get away with either the AP9605 or the AP9606 and use the software provided by APC on their site. You can get these cards either on Ebay or on www.refurbups.com
