What's the best way to get a tech. up to speed on how to repair & maintain some of these older systems? I'm trying to get one of our Norstar CDs (CBT0100) to him but not sure how much good that will do. Also, don't know if you can use these CBTs again after someone has used it and tested with...- willhesurvive
