I have a HMS400 Rlse 4.0 connected to CS1000M Rlse 5.0 When i check mi messages sometimes i can listen the number of origin (only that starts with 55) and if starts with 8 do not appear. I have implemented the room status and works fine. I need that all incoming calls in voice mail I Can...- telecm

Norstar MICS 4.1 upgrade
If you need modules in the 2nd 6 port fiber card you need upgrade the Nosrtar ICS Modular after Rlse 6.1 only need XC software if you have a Combo 6 port fiber card. Remember of the 2nd port fiber card you only used 4 fiber modules. You need the first 6 port fiber card in slot 2 and the 2nd 6...- telecm

Call Pilot voicemail admin trouble
Hi Crowtalks: Begin to unable the General Delivery Mailbox and erase all messages of other mailbox. The Call Pilot is almost full and this is the cause of drop the connection, if you can obtain a Report of Mailbox Information and check all mailbox with a lot of messages.
