Well I wouldn't want to do this actually. But it is being asked of me to save the cost of some of the administration of the accounts, such as password reset, by automating it.
I really don't see how it's possible either, but I was wondering if there was something out there that could do it.
OK so Pacbell/SBC won't give out the information about the number readback for the telco.
Anyone know what the "what number am I calling from" number is for SBC in the central California area?
THANKS! :o)
Well that sucks. :( I called Avaya and they said they wouldn't support anything below 1.12 on WinXP - that only 1.12 was certified to work on xp.
Bad news!!! Since I administer about 25 switches and 25 Intuity's.
Sheesh!
Well, I have version 1.11.8 and it crashes on Windows XP something terrible!
I cannot seem to get a copy of 1.12 unless I purchase it from Avaya.
Any ideas or suggestions for upgrading at zero cost?
