    Problem with JNDI initial context

    the one change i found is you have written Context ctx = (Context) new InitialContext().lookup("java:/comp/env"); write Context ctx = (Context) new InitialContext().lookup("java:comp/env"); notice that u have written java:/comp/env it should be java:comp/env
