The toolkits are not available except through the Nortel Developer Program. You 1st must get qualified as an Open Developer and then you can purchase the toolkits.

In order to use Nortel Multicast or RTD data you must become an Open Developer and purchase the toolkits from Nortel.
FYI - There are alternatives to Symon and the like that are much less expensive. We sell our RTD toolkit for around $2,000.

Actually there may be a way. I have discussed this option with Nortel and tested it in their lab. You would end up wiping out all voice segments on the Mermail that you coping to. Let me know if you still need this.
