New Protocol Definition
I have the same problem. When I try to right-click on Protocol Definitions, I do not get the New choice. Also, if I go into the Taskpad for Protocol Definitions, I only am given the choice of "Configure a Protocol Definition".- mmarkr

Problem Accessing ASPs on websites.
I am having the exact same problem accessing certain vendor catalogs in Ariba. The web sites I am accessing are HTTPS websites and by default, only port 443 is setup for the HTTPS protocol.
