Hey telebub checked the menu out last night,and the problem was user error.
What happened was that when a choice was made in the menu and went to their mail box they were telling people the zero out option, which was not set-up on their sets.

I've built an acd that points to an application with a menu, which works fine.
What I need help on is having it go to a VM after hours and weekends. What happens now is that it goes to an attendant after hours.
Should I have the acd point to a VM with NCFW or add day and time blocks to it?
Rolled back to ie8, java even tried ffox. I'll check out if anything changed on the network.
The only thing i can see is that there are errors showing up in the log with some service, Ja something, i tried to restart it a number of times with no luck. thanks for your suggestions though.
I know there is a E-lan and a T-lan, not sure of a S-lan.
what is going on is that from a template you can build all the way down to the keys and save that. But if you select a type that calls for a pop-up(like SCR)the extension, cid don't show no matter how long you wait or click off of it.

I got it to work through Elements. I had to release it form auto, and enter it manualy then set it back to auto.
It did cause a problem with CP, but got it back. I have this thread archiver for the future.LOL

Well I'm using my set for the test, I can forward out to my cell. I changed my mail box type to the custom RPL and entered "9,number" in the revert field. I then went to the RPL's and entered 3 extensions in the deny field. and put the first 3 digits( both cell have the same starting numbers ).
