    HP Officejet 710 will not print in color, PC only recognizing black

    Recently switched OS from NT to Windows 2000, I have Office XP loaded as well. Grayscale is not checked, color is. I am at a loss. I have new black and color ink cartridges loaded. Is their a new Windows 2000 driver out there? Thanks for any help in advance.
