Uninstalling JDK didn't work either!! Will try once more to uninstall the whole lot (eGate, JDK) and clean registry. Then re-install. Nightmare!

I'd say the most useful line here is: at cr_first.executeBusinessRules(cr_first.java:95) Have a look at line 95 of your cr_first.java file. If you are using 4.5.3 then you can use View->Java Code from crs editor, if not then use TextPad to open the .java flie and switch on line numbers. Stephen

Sometimes eGate gets it's knickers in a twist (or someone else has updated that area). I usually just use View-> Refresh from the Enterprise Manager menu and re-try. If this fails then you may need to export your registry and re-import. Alternatively delete that collab rule (leave script) and re-do.
