WUSER32.EXE issue
WUSER errors are often caused by incompatibilities with video drivers, because the remote control agent (WSER32.EXE) has to hook the driver in order to allow the remote user to view the desktop. Try upgrading the drivers to the newest versions available from the video adapter manufacturer.- kcollins

LANDESK and SMS Remote Control
The remote control component of SMS is actually written by Intel, so it is exactly the same product. There should therefore not be a problem with the installation "failing" for this component.- kcollins
