Does anyone have the steps for reducing the ink purge time on a Phaser 850? I had problems with the print head a year ago and the tech who replaced it changed some settings, now when it goes through a cleaning cycle is purges about 1/4 a stick of ink. I think he set it at max purge time or...

I noticed on my system that the modem init. strings for NM and Remote tools are different, If you use one in the others place it give you an error and won't initialize the modem. Try reselecting the default setting button, or plug in the init string from the manual.

I try to dial into my RAD using Norstar Manager 3.5 and I get an error "The KSU Variant is unsupported by Norstar Manager-Try Remote Tools" I find this error message in the manual but it doesn't tell what it means or what to do.... Does this mean my system is too new for this version...

Oh yea... I meant to add... I dial 9 to get out then as soon as I dial the next 9 I get "Invaid entry"

Had an Emergency today... Found that none of my phone let us dial out 911.. We are running 5.0 on a T1 and dial 9 to get an outside line. I checked the restictions on all the lines they are set to 08... and the set don't show any restrictions. Where else can I look?
