Since upgrading our company's computers, when I go to open a file in a program (any program - Adobe Pagemaker, Microsoft Word, etc.) all the files listed in the 'Open Publication' box are arranged by date. We have recently upgraded PC's (both old and new used Win98). The usual procedure for opening a file or document from a given program like Word or Photoshop is to click on File / Open and then select the desired file from the 'Open' box.
