External call history -FTP
Has anybody got any information on setting up ECH using FTP to transfer the files rather than UUCP, we are using a g3r9 on SUN 5.8 I can FTP files from the sun box to a target ftp host manually but don't know how to configure ECH to use ftp Avayas manual states you can use an alternative to UUCP...- chriscarr

Lucent CMS to SQL 7.0
Haven't found a way to link directly to CMS from SQL Server (7 or 2000), but can link via MS access. Then used DTS to transfer data to SQL server. Only problem is if all licences are in use the DTS package does not interpret the error correctly and will run until you cancel and restart it.- chriscarr
