I'm sorry I'm a little confused. I do a ASS ATT and do I put in the DN (1-3 digit number)? If I don't and then put in the ASS LDN and leave out the ATTDN, how does it know to go to the Attendant?

i do just come off of the mdf to a 4-pair modular jack. from there i just use a straight through cat-5 cable to the console. correct?

okay so i was able to install the B2ATAC card, the TG for the Attendant and the Attendant console. Now I'm trying to get the darn thing to power up and work. I looked up and connected the cross-connects as told and nothing. Am I missing something?
