sort week number in ascending order

To get around the month issue, I created a table with the month name and number of the month. I then included the number of the month in the query and sorted it but hid it from the report. That should list the months in order, not alphabetically.

    Excel 2000-colum width changed

I have an excel file that when opened on one particular desktop has columns added in random locations with a width over 400. When the file is opened on any other computer the column width is correct throughout the file. Does any one have any idea why this is happening? Thanks.

Extra spaces added when pasting an Excel column into Wordpad

I'm pasting an Excel column that contains Alpha/Numeric records into WordPad and two spaces are being added to the end of each record. Is there a way to keep the extra spaces from being added. I'm pasting into Wordpad because the file then needs to be saved as a .LBR file. Thanks!
