white outline on images when published!!
if you mean "outlines" like i think you do, when you create images in say photoshop and import them into director, they'll tend to have this whitish fuzz around them that you can't always see when you're in director (especially if the background is white). try turning off antialiasing...- wuggle

How do i save swatches i've created in one document so that i can use them in another illustrator document? is it possible to create a custom swatches palette so that i can load it whenever i need it? ...i'm new to illustrator...- wuggle

External Harddrive Compatibility
I have an external hard drive that was recently formatted on WindowsXP using FAT32 but it is not recognised when plugged into mac OS10 via firewire. Prior to this, the same hard drive was formatted also using FAT32 (not sure which windows OS) and WAS recognised by Macs with OS9 and OS10. Any...- wuggle
