    Can the HP 930c function WITHOUT a color cartridge installed?

    I have an HP 930c lying around with a full black ink cartridge (and several spares) but I do not have a color ink cartridge handy nor do I want to spring for the $30 to purchase one. I really just want to hang this printer off of my home network to be used as a text only black/grayscale printer...
