    Data is in following format unfortunately. I'm trying to come up with something that says" Go down the column and add up all the sales for Region 1, then Region 2 etc. Data goes down in this way for 7500 rows If the data were in database form no problem, but here, YECHHH!! Any ideas would...

    I have data in following format: Year Sales Cash 2000 10000 300 2001 50000 200 2002 40000 500 2003 78000 458 I want to get data with sales, cash going down and years across for export to excel for use by non-access people. Is there any way other than a pivot table?? Thanks
