    XML Parsing error when using Earthlink Total Access 2003

    I also have this problem with machines running Windows XP Pro and the TotalAccess2003 program. Earthlink's tech support told me to download and install the XML parser service pack (even though it should have been included with XP). I did that and no luck. I am still having the same problem...
