i have a arcserve 2000 WE on a windows nt4 server 6a with a hp travan 8gb tape dripe! i can format tapes but i can not write on the tapes! every time i got the fault message "E3855 Unable to position media" the normal windows backup is working fine! i thing i had all service packs...- endor505
