I have checked the switch number in Intuity, and the extension numbers do come up correctly on the displays.

I have 4 switches tied to one intuity and the newest switch doesn't seem to light the lights. I run a activity log on the extension and I see the intuity does try to light the light. Any help would be nice.

I currently have a ip 406 with 3 expansions hanging off of it. I need to extend one of these via multimode fiber accross the street. Will it work using a 10/100 media converter between the ip406 and the expansion unit ? Any help would be great.

I have a Definity ip 400 system and our offices are expanding accross the street. Is it possible to run the 16 or 30 station expansion unit via multimode fiber via a 10/100 media converter, or do I need something more than that.

Hi, I am trying to integrate a Intuity Velocity Rel 5.1 to a Definity ACM 2.0 . The switch can ping the gateway and other machiines on the network but not the Intuity. Likewise from the Intuity side it can oing everything except the Intuity. Any ideas, has anyone else run into this? Any help...

Was wandering if anyone has been able to send the scheduled reports to a txt file on the network onstead of a system printer. There are approx 50 reoprts that need to print and it would be nice to have them go to a txt file instead! Any help would be great!

I have a definity g3v6 and I am trying to add a system printer to it so I can schedule reports, I am trying to hook it up to the pr1 port on the back of the definity cabinet nothing will print when I do the schedule immediately, but if I hook into the monitor it does print, what am I missing...
