    Hotsync problems with windows XP Pro

    I have a palm lllc and have been unable to hotsync with windows xp pro. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as recommended the downloaded usb as well as the palm desktop version 4.1. Twice. Nothing seems to work. Please, please help. Thanks! Maria
