Note that you can't do CDR and traffic retrieval unless you are running at least 25.30 or greater and that you can't do remote backups unless you are 25.40 or greater.
Yes, I do have access to PDT.
Does the file that was created on your system have any CDR data in it?
My system creates the file but there isn't any call records in it.
I have set up OTM to download the CDR data from a Meridian switch using DBA.
In LD 117 I have ensured that data buffering for CDR and TRF are enabled.
I am able to get my TRF data but not my CDR.
I am sure that there is CDR data as I turned CTY on my TTY port and was able to see it.
Any ideas?

I have installed OTM and everything works except there is no sync status/log link on the web client.
When I make a change to a set using the web interface the changes are implemented but there is no way to verify this on the web client.
Any ideas how I can get this to show up?
This is for the cores not an ITG card so it has nothing to do with the ELAN. The PBX is hooked up to an ethernet switch (Cisco Catalyst)
I do have two IP addresses, but the primary IP is used for whichever core is active.
At this point I believe a hard boot of the whole system will correct...
I changed the IP address in an Option 61c.
I was then able to use MAT to access the switch (with the new IP).
When I did an SCPU in LD135 I was no longer able to talk to the switch via MAT.
I verified the programmed IP address in LD117 PRT ELNK and it was set for the new address.
I talked to...
When someone calls an analog set in Loop 4 (Column/Core 0) the caller hears ringing but the phone itself does not ring.
Everything works ok in Loop 20 (Column/Core 1).
I tried swapping the TDS/Conf card in Core 1 with Core 0 but Core 0 still has the same problem.
The receptionist has also...
